Abstract Submission Guideline

1. Abstracts based on original unpublished work will only be accepted.

2. Contributory abstracts (one page) are invited on topics listed under scope. The abstract should be prepared using the MS Word template which can be downloaded from www.asset.org.in/sestec2026/. Abstracts not complying with the format will be rejected.

3. E-mail ID of the corresponding author should be given in the abstract and the name of the presenting author should be underlined. All the future communications in respect of abstract will only be made to the corresponding author.

4. Abstract should be submitted only via website: www.asset.org.in/sestec2026/ after choosing appropriate category.

5. Please note that the contributed abstracts should be accompanied with the note of approval from the competent authority (for DAE organizations).

6. Abstract Submission Deadline: December 12, 2025

7. Abstracts will be reviewed before their acceptance in the symposium proceedings.
